Law & Order Kiev: Investigators are on the scene. (Russian Accent) "It looks like here, the government offical shot himself in the head. But he didn't think he did a good enough job. Hard to say how hard he thinked since his brains are splattered all over the wall from the first shot. Then he fired the second shot to make sure he did it right. Obvious Suicide. Case Closed."
