Easy Macaroons

I am one of those coconuts so I know what I'm talking about. I think I got this recipe from an app I got for free on my phone and never really read the instructions. So I'll tell you what I did and you can experiment from there.

• 4 eggies (Und kine Eier!!! - just kidding)
  
• 3 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut
  
• 3/4 cup sugar
  
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
  

I am just now remembering that this was the second attempt of mine for coconut macaroons. The first one was no bake and used evaporated milk to hold them together. That was not pleasant. So if you see a recipe using that you may want to think if you want that sticky no bake mess that will stick to everything like a kid with a bottle of rubber cement.
