So many things can be added to Mac and cheese to make it better. I remember I used to add ground beef to it and call it Mac n cheese n beef n stuff. That was a milestone but alas I have surpassed it today. Behold my new invention: Mac N Geez! I added hot dogs, chicken and pepperoni and it is delicious.
Sure not as typical as say chili Mac, or sprinkling some bread crumbs or crushed croutons and giving it a quick top bake in the broiler or nuked what have you, but give it a try and then come back and blast about how wonderful it was.
