Freaky Fedex Truck With Personalized Plates Found In Arizona

I saw this personalized license plate on a FedEx truck today. My immediate thought was that all FedEx trucks must have personalized plates, but that's madness. That would be a ton of extra money. Then I thought maybe this is a bigwig FedEx guy - but what kind of big wig is driving a truck around? The only theory that makes sense to me is that the guy driving the truck is a FedEx wannabe?? Maybe bought an old FedEx truck and got personalized plates for it? When I pulled along side, he was wearing a uniform - but that doesn't mean much since I have an entire policeman's uniform... But I was a cop wannabe - so that's where my theory comes from!
